My name is Tracy Rush. I grew up at the Lake Of the Ozarks, Missouri. I attended Mid America Nazarene College, where I spent my 4 years there playing college basketball. After I graduated from college I started working for a car rental company and that is where my love for insurance started to blossom. It was then, that I knew insurance was the right industry for me and I started working for State Farm. I started out working for State Farm Claim representative out of York Pennsylvania in 1994. I worked in claims for 4 years and I then decided to move to the agency side of the business and become a State Farm agent in 2000. My experience in State Farm claims has helped me help my customers which is always my primary goal.

The reason I ended up as an agent in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania is that I met my wife Annette that is from Chambersburg. We got married in 1994 and have 3 kids named Kaitlynn, Karsen, and Kade. It has been great raising the kids in the community and being involved to help people. I have coached all my kids in sports as they grew up. I am also very proud to be apart of the local Exchange Club in the area to help prevent child abuse.

As an agent for 23 years I have helped with their needs and achieve their dreams. I write car insurance, home insurance, motorcycle insurance, boat insurance, renters insurance, life insurance, health insurance and business insurance to help people of the Franklin County protect their dreams and families. The people of Chambersburg, Fayetteville, Marion, St. Thomas, and other nearby towns are important to me. I always to take time to ensure each customer has their own individual time and listen to each and every need.

My name is Jody Shoemaker, I began working for my father, Max Shoemaker, State Farm Insurance Agent on July 15th 1990, until his passing December 8th 2022. I continued managing that office until a new agent was assigned, and on March 4th, 2024, I have continued my employment with State Farm, Agent Tracy Rush. I grew up locally in Chambersburg, and in my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family (to include my dogs) and am an avid artist. I enjoy drawing pet portraits and seeing all the joy those portraits bring to their owners' face. I am always happy to see my customers old and new, and building relationships. I have enjoyed helping everyone through the years and am excited to continue helping current and new customers.

I have been working with Tracy for over 3 years. I have been a customer with State Farm for over 40 years and have been 100% satisfied with the claims service when I needed it the most. After working for Stanley Company for 32 years I went to business school and worked in administration with Lutheran Counseling Services for 21 years. After I retired I realized I did not enjoy it as much as I thought I would. After talking with Tracy who was my agent over 20 years I came to work part-time. I see everyday how Tracy takes care of his insureds and enjoy helping him do so.

Hello! My name is Rachel Bowers, and I am a resident here of Chambersburg. I grew up in Hagerstown Maryland and moved to Chambersburg about 17 years ago. I graduated from Frostburg State University in Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. I have worked in the financial world on and off for over 20 years. I believe it is very important to be involved in the community in which my two daughters are growing up in. I have coached cheerleading for 8 years and volunteer with non-profit groups within Franklin County. Currently I am the biggest cheerleader for my daughters who participate in soccer and cheerleading. I am excited to begin my journey with State Farm and look forward to assisting customers with all their insurance and financial needs. I am licensed in Auto, Homeowners and Life insurances.
